Eastern Green Link 2 Limited ("EGL2") (company number 14682562) having its registered office at No.1 Forbury Place, 43 Forbury Road, Reading RG1 3JH is an incorporated joint venture of Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission plc (company number SC213461) having its registered office at Inveralmond House, 200 Dunkeld Road, Perth PH1 3AQ and National Grid Electricity Transmission plc (company number 02366977) having its registered office at 1-3 Strand, London WC2N 5EH.
